Sierra College currently has up to five openings for community members willing to volunteer their time to serve on the Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee for SFID No. 2. This Committee monitors expenditures authorized by voters (under Measure G) for expansion of the Sierra College Nevada County Campus. The Committee meets at NCC campus quarterly to review financial reports and issues an annual report to the College Board of Trustees and the general public. Two of the open positions are for public members and three are for individuals representing a taxpayer organization, business organization and a senior citizen organization. These are volunteer positions and no compensation will be provided.
