Honor Society
Sierra College students who have completed 12 units of transferable course credit at Sierra College with a 3.5 GPA are eligible to join the college’s Beta Mu Zeta chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society for two-year colleges. The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa is to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students. Phi Theta Kappa provides opportunities for the development of leadership and service, for lively fellowship

President's Honor Roll and Dean's List
Full-time students earning a grade point average of 3.5 or better are included on the President’s Honor Roll each semester. Those students who earn a grade point average of 3.0 to 3.499 are placed on the Dean’s List. To qualify for the President’s Honor Roll or the Dean’s List, students must complete 12 or more units of graded work (A, B, C, D, or F) at Sierra College. Credit by Examination and courses taken for Credit / No Credit do not apply.
