Enrollment Fee

Amount Required of: Refunds
$46 per unit* All students except those qualified for a fee waiver. Refund for full-term courses dropped by the student by the Add/Drop/Refund Deadline.

Health Fee

Amount Required of: Refunds
Spring & Fall Summer Sessions All students except those exempted by Board authority. Refund only if all courses are dropped by the student by the Add/ Drop/ Refund Deadline.

Non-resident Tuition

Amount Required of: Refunds
$193 per unit in addition to the enrollment fee + $10 Capital Outlay fee. All out-of-state students & non-U.S. citizens.

100% refund for full-term courses dropped by the student by the Add/ Drop/ Refund Deadline.

50% refund for complete withdrawal from all classes by the student within the first six weeks of the semester or the first two weeks of a summer session.

International Students

Amount Required of: Refunds
$193 per unit in addition to the enrollment fee + 6 Capital Outlay fee. All International Students* 100% refund for full-term courses dropped by the student by the Add/ Drop/ Refund Deadline. (See Refund Information)
50% refund for complete withdrawal from all classes by the student within the first six weeks of the semester or the first two weeks of a summer session.

Student Center Fee

Amount Required of: Refunds
$1 per unit-maximum of $5 per semester Required of all students with exceptions noted in schedule of classes. Non-Refundable

As of January 2014 every student will receive a Wolverine One Card.

Vehicles using Rocklin Campus & NCC parking must display a valid permit.
No fees for DMV disabled license plate placard. Parking permit not required at Roseville Gateway Campus.
