Beginner/Intermediate Camp Goals

Beginning and intermediate players will be grouped according to their age and ability. We will focus on instruction in setting, passing, serving, blocking and hitting skills. Each day the coach will lecture on a topic that will be reinforced with drills and games.

Advanced Camp Goals

Intermediate and advanced players will have opportunities to demonstrate skills in scrimmage and game situations. Players will be grouped by age and skill level to ensure a positive and rewarding learning experience. High school teams or friends may be grouped together. The emphasis is to advance existing skills. We will focus on all skills and cover high intensity team drills including defense, offense and conditioning drills.

Hitters, Setters and Liberos Goals

This camp will break into groups for hitters, setters, and liberos. Each court will work specifically on fundamentals as well as touching on advanced techniques for each position

Camp Location

The gym at Sierra College on the Rocklin Campus. A map will be provided with registration.
