Tips on how to manage test anxiety
This mini workshop will give students an opportunity to find ways to reduce test anxiety. There will be an overview of what test taking anxiety is and ways to manage test anxiety so you can do better on tests.
We will work together to look at:

- Different types of test anxiety
- Myths of test anxiety
How can you reduce test anxiety?
- Relaxation techniques
- Food and drinks
- Attitude and self talk
- Study strategies and time management
These workshops are FREE to all students. You do not need to register in advance, but please show up on time.
