Sierra College Music Department Presents Spring ‘22 Concerts!

The Sierra College Music Department is proud to present Spring 2022 Concerts, including:

  • Jazz Combo Recital – Saturday, May 7, 2:00pm, Room D-12, Walker Hall
    Come enjoy an intimate afternoon of jazz standards and original music presented by the Sierra College Jazz Improvisation Performance Ensembles directed by Greg McLaughlin. 
  • Jazz Night – Tuesday, May 10, 7:30pm, Dietrich Theatre 
    One of our most popular concerts of the spring season! This concert will feature the Sierra College Jazz Ensemble and Combos directed by Greg McLaughlin and the Sierra College Vocal Jazz Ensemble directed by Kim Osteen-Petreshock, in a program that spans the jazz spectrum from ballads to be-bop. Prepare to swing!
  • Spring Band & Choral Concert – Wednesday, May 11, 7:30pm, Dietrich Theatre
    Join the Sierra College Concert Choir and Chamber Singers under the direction of Kim Osteen-Petreshock and the Sierra College Wind Symphony under the direction of Greg McLaughlin, for an evening of contemporary and traditional choral and band music.
  • Student Recital – Sunday, May 14, 2:00pm, Walker Hall, Room D-12
    Sierra College Music Department is proud to present its students in recital! The program is a culmination of a semester of hard work and many hours of practice. Come listen and celebrate our students’ performances. Free Admission!

All events are $10 general admission, $6 student/senior, $3 ASSC (Associated Students of Sierra College) unless otherwise noted. Tickets are available at the door or in advance by calling (916) 660-8054.
