Plant Operations, Facilities Development and Construction Management

The Facilities Division is responsible for ensuring that all District facilities and infrastructure are planned, developed, operated, maintained, renovated and demolished in a safe and efficient manner that best supports the student learning environment.

Plant Operations

The Plant Operations functions managed by the Facilities Division include non-instructional facilities use of classrooms, common areas, sports fields; access control of all buildings; building energy systems (e.g. heating, ventilating, air conditioning); building maintenance; building custodial; campus grounds keeping and District transportation. Additionally, the Division oversees safety and accessibility for District campuses and facilities.
