The Rocklin Campus is one of the few community colleges in California that offers the experience of dorm community living.
Our student housing facility is one co-ed residence hall (North Hall), two stories tall with suite-style rooms. All rooms are double occupancy, and bathrooms are shared between two rooms.
The rate for the 2018-2019 academic year is $3,700 per semester. This fee includes a $65 per week meal plan plus rent, utilities and garbage costs. Phone and cable service is not included in our rate.
In addition to the rate above, a $250 security deposit is required prior to move-in. The deposit will be refunded when the student ends their stay with us, as long as there are no damages or cleaning fees and that the student does not have any past due balances owed to the Housing Office.
