Short-Term Crisis and Mental Health Counseling

As of Monday, March 16, personal counseling referral requests can be directed to the CARE Team at CAREteam@sierracollege.edu, call (916) 660-8400 or submit a referral in mySierra. Availability for personal counseling is limited to include: referrals and connections to community resources, and virtual resource counseling appointments.

Crisis Counseling

If you are in imminent danger of harming yourself or others, call 9-1-1. 

Crisis counseling through Sierra College is not available remotely.
