- The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Sierra College is targeted to retired individuals and offers over 190 non-credit free classes on all 4 campuses.
- The Sierra College Small Business Development Center provides training workshops and one-on-one counseling to entrepreneurs and business start ups.
